Item (1): Zoning request for the North Texas Municipal Water District Rowlett Creek Plant. The applicant has requested to table, citing a desire to work on resolving some of the concerns of neighbors before the June 28th meeting
Item (2): Consideration of the princely sum of $22,980,671 for Collin Creek Culvert improvements

Item (c): $1,334,500 for 100,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk repair (don't worry, it's not actually a giant square sidewalk)
